A Welsh Guards Veteran of the Falklands conflict, who had served in the Regiment for 22 years, was suddenly made redundant and unable to find further work. Putting his skills to best use and setting himself up to work for himself seemed the best option and the Welsh Guards Charity, with other service charities, helped fund the purchase of tools and equipment to enable him to do just that. He is now getting back on his feet and has a positive outlook.
