Since April 2018 Number Three Company has been based in Camp Qargha, about 6 miles from Kabul International Airport.
The transition of authority at Camp Qargha has now taken place between Number Three Company, 1st Battalion Welsh Guards and The Queen’s Company, 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards
